The Great Indian constitution

ಭಾರತದ ಜನಗಳಾದ ನಾವು ಭಾರತವನ್ನು ಒಂದು ಸಾರ್ವಭೌಮ, ಸಮಾಜವಾದಿ, ಸರ್ವಧರ್ಮ, ಸಮಭಾವದ ಪ್ರಜಾಸತ್ತಾತ್ಮಕ ಗಣರಾಜ್ಯವಾಗಿ.
ಭಾರತದ ಸಮಸ್ತ ನಾಗರಿಕರಿಗೆ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ, ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜಕೀಯ ನ್ಯಾಯ;
ವಿಚಾರ, ಅಭಿವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ , ವಿಶ್ವಾಸ, ಧರ್ಮಶ್ರದ್ದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಉಪಾಸನಾ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ:
ಸ್ಥಾನಮಾನ ಮತ್ತು ಅವಕಾಶ ಸಮಾನತೆ ದೊರೆಯುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಮತ್ತು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಗೌರವವನ್ನು ಖಾತ್ರಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲರಲ್ಲೂ ಭ್ರಾತೃಭಾವನೆಯನ್ನು ವೃದ್ದಿಗೊಳಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಶ್ರದ್ದಾಪೂರ್ವಕವಾಗಿ ದೃಡ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪ ಮಾಡಿದವರಾಗಿ.
ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ೧೯೪೯ ನೆಯ ಇಸವಿ ನವೆಂಬರ್ ತಿಂಗಳು ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತಾರನೆಯ ತಾರೀಖಾದ ಇಂದಿನ ದಿವಸ ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಈ ಸಂವಿಧಾನವನ್ನು ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸಿ, ಅಧಿನಿಯವಿತಗೊಳಿಸಿ, ಆತ್ಮಾರ್ಪಿತ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ.
ಹೀಗೆಂದು ಭಾರತದ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಮುನ್ನುಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆಯಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಭಾರತ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ನಂತರ ತನ್ನದೇ ಆದ ಗಣರಾಜ್ಯವಾಗಿ ರೂಪುಗೊಳ್ಳಲು  1949 26ರನೇ ನವೆಂಬರ್ ಅಂದರೆ ಇದೆ ದಿನ ಭಾರತ ಬಾಬಾಸಾಹೇಬ್ ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ರರು ಬರೆದ ವಿಶ್ವದ ಏಕೈಕ ಬೃಹತ್‌ ಲಿಖಿತ ಸಂವಿಧಾನವನ್ನು ಭಾರತದ ಸಂಸತ್ತು ಕನಿಷ್ಟ 3000 ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ರವರಿಗೆ ಕೇಳಿ ಸಮಂಜಸವಾದ ಉತ್ತರ ಪಡೆದು ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸಿತು.

ಇಂದು ನಾವು ಸುಂದರ ಬದುಕನ್ನು ಸರ್ವಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ ಗಣರಾಜ್ಯ ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರಾತಂಕವಾಗಿ ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾದ್ದುದ್ದು ವಿಶ್ವದ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಮೂಲಕವೇ ಎಂದರೆ ಆಶ್ಚರ್ಯಪಡಬೇಕಿಲ್ಲ ನೆಲ್ಸನ್ ಮಂಡೇಲಾ ರಿಂದ ಹಿಡಿದು ಇಂದಿನ ಬರಾಕ್ ಒಬಾಮ ರ ವರೆಗೆ ವಿಶ್ವದ ನಾನಾ ದೇಶದ ನಾಯಕರಿಂದ  ಸಮಾನತೆಯ ಗ್ರಂಥವೆಂದು ಬಣ್ಣಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳವ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ನಮ್ಮವರಿಂದಲೇ ತೆಗಳಿಕೆಗೆ ಗುರಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಇಂದು.

ಪ್ರತಿ ಒಬ್ಬ ಭಾರತೀಯನೂ ಸಹ ತನ್ನ ಏಳಿಗೆಗೆ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲೆ , ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಆಶಯದ ಅನ್ವಯ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಬಾರಿ ನಾನಾ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರತ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಆಥವಾ ಪರೋಕ್ಷವಾಗಿ ಧರ್ಮ, ಜಾತಿ,ಲಿಂಗ ಭೇದವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ತನ್ನ ಮೂಲಭೂತ ಹಕ್ಕನ್ನು ಪಡೆದೆ ತೀರುತ್ತಾನೆ.

ಪ್ರತಿ ಭಾರತೀಯ ತಾನು ಧರ್ಮಾತೀತವಾಗಿ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದಕೂಡಲೆ(1948 july 19 ನಂತರ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ ಪ್ರತಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ) ತನ್ನ ಜನ್ಮ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಲೆ ನಾಗರಿಕತ್ವದ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾರ್ವಭೌಮ ಭಾರತದ ನಾಗರಿಕನಾಗುತ್ತಾನೆ.

ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ ಪ್ರತಿ ನಾಗರಿಕನೂ ಸಹ ಧರ್ಮ, ಜಾತಿ,ಲಿಂಗ ಭೇದರಹಿತವಾಗಿ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಭಾರತದ ಯಾವುದೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲೂ ಸರ್ವಸ್ವತಂತ್ರವಾಗುತ್ತಾನೆ.

ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪಡೆದ ಪ್ರತಿ ನಾಗರಿಕನೂ ಸಹ ಹಿಂದಿನಂತೆ ಜಾತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಲಿಂಗ(ಹೆಣ್ಣು) ಅವಕಾಶ ವಂಚಿತವಾಗದೆ, ಪ್ರತಿ ಒಬ್ಬರೂ ಮೆರಿಟ್ ಪಡೆದು ಉನ್ನತ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೇರಲು 50% ಮೀರದಂತೆ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಾನೆ(ಹೊಸ ನಿಯಮದಂತೆ ಮೇಲ್ಜಾತಿಗೆ 10%).

ತನ್ನ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸಬಲತೆಯಿಂದ ಉನ್ನತಿಗೆರಲು ಭಾರತದ ಯಾವುದೇ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲೂ ವಾಸಿಸಲು ಹಾಗೂ ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ವಹಿವಾಟು ನಡೆಸಲು ಅನುವು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡುತ್ತದೆ.

ಪ್ರತಿ ಒಬ್ಬ ಸೇವಾಮನೋಭಾವನೆ ಹೊಂದಿದ ಸಮೂಹ ತನ್ನದೆ ಸಂಘ , ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿ ತನ್ನ ಸಮಾಜದ ಸೇವೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಭಾರತದ್ಯಾಂತ ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ.

ಈ ಸುಂದರ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ಮೂದಲಿಕೆ ಗುರಿಯಾಗುವುದು ಕೇವಲ ಭ್ರಷ ರಾಜಕಾರಣಿಗಳಿಂದ ಎಂದು ನಂಬುವುದು ಉಂಟು. ಅದು ಹೌದು ಕೂಡ ತಮ್ಮ ಏಳಿಗೆಗಾಗಿ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಆಶಯದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ನಡೆದೆ ಭಾರತ ಸಾರ್ವಭೌಮತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಕುಂದು ತಂದಿದ್ದು ಉಂಟು, ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ಮಾಡಿ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿ ಕಂಬಿ ಹಿಂದೆ ಹೊಗ್ಗಿದ್ದು ಉಂಟು.

ಶಾಸಕಾಂಗ, ಕಾರ್ಯಾಂಗ, ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗ ಒಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸದರಷ್ಟೆ ಸಾಲದು ಅವು ದಾರಿ ತಪ್ಪಿದಾಗ ತಿದ್ದುವ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಭಾರತದ ನಾಗರಿಕರಾದ ನಾವು ಕೈ ಮಾಡಿದರಷ್ಟೆ ಸಾಧ್ಯ. ನಾವೂ ಕೂಡ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ಮಾಡದೆ ನಿತ್ಯ ಅತಂಹವರನ್ನು ವಿರೋಧಿಸಿದರೆ ರಾಜಕಾರಣಿಗೆ ಹೆದರಿಕೆ ಶುರುವಾಗದೆ ಇರದು. ಆದರೆ ನಾವೊ ಆತನ ಆಟೋಪಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡಿಯೂ ಕಾಲಾಂತರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮರೆತು ಮತ್ತೆ ಆತನಿಗೆ ಒಟು ಹಾಕಿ ಗೆಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ಮತ್ತೆ ಆತನ ಮತ್ತು ಆತನ ವಂಶದ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸಂಪತ್ತನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲು ಅನುವುಮಾಡಿಕೊಡುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದರೆ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ಬುಡ ಅಲ್ಲಾಡಲು ಭಾರತದ ನಾಗರಿಕರಾದ ನಾವು ಸಹ ಕಾರಣರೆ.

ಭಾರತದ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಕೆಲ ಅಂಶಗಳು ಆ ಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ಎನ್ನುವುದು ಉಂಟಾದರೂ ಕಾಲಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ/ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಕಾಲಮಾನಕ್ಕೆ ತಕ್ಕಂತೆ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ ಮೂಲಕ ಹೊಸ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳನ್ನು ಶಾಸನ ರೂಪಿಸಿ ಸಂಸತ್ತಿನ ಮೂಲಕ ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲೂ ಸಹ ಬದ್ದವಾದದ್ದು ಭಾರತದ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಸೌಂದರ್ಯ.

ಭಾರತದ ನಾಗರಿಕರ ಬಾಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸದ್ದಿಲ್ಲದೆ ತನ್ನ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ನೀಡುವ ಸಂವಿಧಾನವೆಂಬ ಸುಂದರ ಹೂವಿನ ಮೊಗ್ಗನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ಕೈಯಾರೆ ಬರೆದು ಬಾಬಾಸಾಹೇಬ್ ರು ಬರೆದು ನೀಡಿದರು. ಅದನ್ನು ನಾವು ನಿತ್ಯ ನೀರೆರೆದು ಪೋಷಿಸಿ ಅರಳಿದ ಸುಮಘಮಿತ , ನಿತ್ಯ ಪೂಜನೀಯ, ದೇವರ ಹೂವಾಗಿಸುವ ಹೊಣೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲೆ ಇದೆ.
ಬನ್ನಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಮೊಗ್ಗನ್ನು ಅರಳಿಸೋಣ.
ಸರ್ವರ ಬಾಳಿನ ಹೂದೋಟವನ್ನು ಪೋಷಿಸೋಣ.

ಈ ದಿನ ಕನಿಷ್ಟ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ಮುನ್ನುಡಿಯನ್ನಾದರೂ ಓದಿ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ದಿನವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸೋಣ.💐💐💐💐

ಭಾರತದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸರ್ವ ನಾಗರಿಕರಿಗೂ ಭಾರತ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ದಿನದ ಹಾರ್ಧಿಕ ಶುಭಾಶಯಗಳು.💐💐

English Translation...

 As the people of India, we are a sovereign, socialist, sovereign, egalitarian democratic republic.

 Social, economic and political justice for all citizens of India;

 Freedom of thought, expression, trust, virtue and upbringing:

 Be earnestly determined to promote status and opportunity equality, and to promote fraternity among all by ensuring respect for the individual.

 We have ratified, enacted, and enacted this Constitution in our Constituent Assembly on the 6th of November, today.

 Thus is written in the preface/preamble of the Constitution of India.

 On November 26, 1949, the day after India's independence, India's largest single written constitution, written by Babasaheb Ambedkar, was accepted by the Parliament of India asking at least 3000 questions from Ambedkar.

 It is not surprising that today we are able to live a beautiful life in an all-pervasive republic of India with the best constitution in the world.

 Every Indian has his or her right to prosper under the Constitution of India, thousands of times in the Constitution's wish, indirectly or indirectly, irrespective of religion, caste or gender.

 Every Indian becomes a citizen of sovereign India under his citizenship when he is born religiously (every person born after 1948 july 19).

 Every citizen born in any state of India, irrespective of religion, caste or gender, is compelled to receive compulsory education.

 Every educated citizen is entitled to a reservation of not more than 50% (10% for upper castes as per the new rule), without having been deprived of the opportunity of caste and gender.

 It enables it to live and trade in any state of India to boost its economic power.

 Each service-minded group is independent across India to establish its own association, organization and service to its society.

 It is believed that this beautiful constitution is aimed only at corrupt politicians.  Yes, it is against the constitution's aspiration for their prosperity that India has brought sovereignty, corruption and the corruption of the past.

As citizens of India, we can do the job of fixing the legislative, executive and judiciary together and lending the wrong way.  If we, too, oppose the eternal and the corrupt, we will not be intimidated by the politician.  But Naao, in spite of his autoplays, will eventually forget and bet on him and win back and increase the economic fortunes of him and his clan, which is why we, as citizens of India, are destroying the Constitution.

Although there are some aspects of the Constitution of India that are for the time being, it is also important to adopt the new constitution by amending it from time to time.

Babasaheb wrote and wrote the beautiful flower bud, a constitution that quietly contributed to the life of the citizens of India.  It is on us that we are to grow and nourish and blossom.

 Come, let us blossom our constitution.Let us nurture the flower garden of Sir
